When this initially happened, for the split second my TV froze and I started to think “damnit what the hell..”BANG!
And of course I like to crank up the volume on my TV, so it was pretty damn loud in the living room also, so I - and the GF who happened to have her back to the TV at the moment - likely jumped as well, although our reactions probably not as good as Josh Willingham on first base..

Oh hell to the yes!
The Tampa Bay Rays didn’t exist in the 1970’s, but if they did it’s possible this is what they would have been dressed in and they will wear this hypothetical throwback (a “fauxback” if you will..) for a June 30th game against the Detroit Tigers.
If you hate this style of uniform as a nod to the style of the 70’s or whine that the Rays didn’t exist in the 70’s and ergo should be allowed to do this, then you hate freedom and possibly babies and bacon.

I don’t ever vote for any all-star game as it’s not only a waste of time but it’s more a popularity contest than the right players receiving recognition. It’s even worse that a fans vote in baseball can screw things over in October…

What the…?! How…?! NO!! You can’t… This is just… A bunch of kids not even in the NHL… Center ice in friggin Dallas and right in the middle they pose with the Stanley…
